Nice to meet you, I'm Brandon. I'm a product designer from Orange, CA, currently attending my senior year of university at UCLA, where I study cognitive science & user experience design.
I'm constantly striving to push myself to learn more in whatever I do, reminding myself to take things slower and enjoy the ride. From local adventures in Laguna Beach to spontaneous roadtrips to San Francisco, I try to live every day more meaningful than the last. Design is one of those passions turned into a career — I'm on a journey to create products that brings more value to people.

At the moment, I'm trying to cherish every last moment of college before it ends. Here's what I've been up to recently—
Outside of design, I find so much of my happiness in music.
There is something special to say about music and its ability to keep me so grounded throughout all of the periods in my life, and there's always a curated playlist out there for every feeling. I go to more concerts than I'd like to admit, but that's because music is more than just sounds — it really resonates all parts of the human experience.
Everyone has a story to tell, and I think this is why I've had such a huge affinity for virtually all genres of music. It's a medium where you can really empathize with someone else's pain, happiness, love, sickness, and hurt.
One of these days, I want to travel the world and attend as many concerts that I can before I'm too old. Until then, you can catch me creating another Spotify playlist.
I've always been the type to try new things that I'm curious about, whether that be cooking 1-minute TikTok recipes, becoming an expert at brewing pourover coffee, learning how to shoot film photography (with the help of my friend, George, of course) — you name it, I've probably tried it.
I'm not a master of any of these by any means, but I find myself genuinely so happy when I get the opportunity to do these activities with friends and family. I love making memories with the people I love and value, so when we're experiencing new things together, it means the world to me.
Still, the thing I would say I love the most is design. Graphic design, interior design, fashion design, service design — there is beauty in creating something from nothing and thinking about all of the considerations you have to be mindful of in order to get it to that sweet spot.
I am so grateful and lucky that I get to make a living out of being a creative. There are many more untapped channels that I'm hoping to learn in the coming years like AR/VR design and VJ 3D-graphic visualizations, but for now, I'm sticking with product design.
